Who leads the biweekly sessions?

Biweekly sessions are led by 7Gen Legacy Group coaches—experienced leaders and generational thinkers who have carried responsibility similar to yours and have done this work themselves.

Upon enrollment, you’ll be prompted to select the group coaching time that fits best with your schedule.

Is this tactical?

Yes, and also strategic, generational, and systemic. The work is designed to translate directly into how you lead, decide, and build capacity over time.

What if I miss a session?

Session replays and applied labs are available. Consistent participation deepens learning and strengthens results.

What access do I have after the experience ends?

You’ll retain access to core materials and resources following the program for one year after your sign-up date. Many participants also choose to stay connected through future offerings and alumni opportunities designed to support continued practice and integration.

Is a payment plan possible?

When checking out, you'll see an option to pay via Affirm, Afterpay, or Klarna - three ways you can pay over time. You'll process your request on the checkout page then be directed to the next steps on your selected payment platform.

What's the weekly time commitment and format?

This course and experience is fully virtual, and live group coaching will be conducted via Zoom.

We recommend you set aside two hours a week, in addition to your bi-weekly live calls to fully immerse yourself in the content of the course.

This is work time. You'll use it to:

  • Watch the lessons
  • Reflect on what’s showing up in your legacy and leadership using your workbook
  • Build systems you can bring back into the roles you occupy

We recommend scheduling this as two one-hour blocks
